We began with our Vacant Staging Consultation for site measurements and photos in order to provide an accurate estimate and Action/Design Plan. A list of paint colours, repairs and upgrades were provided for the painter/handyman.
Once our estimate and plan were approved, our team took care of all the details such as coordinating with the trades and booking the elevator and loading dock for staging day. Furniture and accessories were selected to showcase the potential layout of the space and highlight its best features. Garden Stagers were also brought in to help accent the large terrace with greenery.
With all the details taken care of, the realtor was able to solely focus marketing the property and finding potential buyers. We had the suite ready for photography and listing by the end of our staging day.
