Our client had moved his elderly parents from his childhood home into a condominium better fit for their needs. Once his parents were settled, it was time to sell the house, but he and his siblings were feeling overwhelmed by the task of de-cluttering and preparing it for sale.

First, we worked with the client to help determine what he would like to keep, and packed and separated it from what was to be donated and disposed. Duke Removal SolutionsÂ was hired to drop off all donations, dispose of the garbage, and deliver the items the client wanted to keep to his storage unit.
The home was now in need of a minor facelift! A painter was brought in to add a fresh coat of paint to the first and second floor and arrangements were made to have new broadloom installed on the stairs and upper level. Once the dust had settled from the minor renovations, Master Cleaning ServicesÂ was hired to give the house a good scrub before the final staging.
We staged the main floor and master bedroom using a combination of what our client kept along with some rental furniture and accessories. Everyone was thrilled to have the home ready for market in only 4 days! With an asking price of $989,000 our feature project sold in less then 10 days, for over asking at $1,180,000.
