Rachael and Pam were incredible. I hired OITH to help me declutter and organize my basement, main floor and porch - they were able to get all that done plus set up an efficient filing system and organize my shed. Rachael sat me down and helped me go through every single paper in my house which was a crazy huge task. Now, being in my house is a joy instead of a stressful, anxiety-inducing event. Order in the House changed my life. Up until Rachael helped me organize I had a junk room that moved with my husband and I from apartment to apartment and then into our house. That room was always unusable, and while there were many items there that were special to me I had no idea what to do with them. It blows my mind to think of all the money wasted on housing those un-used items. When I was expecting my 2nd child we desperately needed help in clearing out the 3rd floor to make space. Rachel and her team helped my parents move from Toronto to a home in Hamilton that is more suited to their advanced age. I live in Bermuda so I could not help them.
